These bright and colourful apartments are situated close to Gumbet. The family-friendly apartments offer accommodation in a cheerful and warm manner. From the reception, steps lead down to the apartment level where six buildings are situated around the pool and restaurant area, providing a safe and secluded environment. The apartments are within easy reach of all the delights of Gumbet and its beach. Due to the large number of steps within the property, we would not recommend it for people with walking difficulties.

The Dost is a simple but pleasant hotel, re-visited by many repeat guests who are well looked after by the great staff. It's situated in a good location for trying your hand at the many watersports available in the Gumbet and Bitez area as the beach is just a short bus ride away. Alternatively you may choose just to relax and let time pass you by whilst lying by the pool. Recommended for couples of all ages.

Filis Hotel  HH  BB

Set in a wonderful garden of banana and orange trees with bougainvillea, the Filis is a quiet and pleasant hotel. It is only a short stroll away from the beach, where a wide choice of bars and restaurants are to be found. This property has always proved popular with couples and small families.

Yildiz Hotel   HH  BB

A simple 2 star hotel of traditional Bodrum decor, with bougainvillea growing throughout the complex making it look very attractive. The hotel would suit most types of guests especially those wanting to be located close to the resort centre and the beach. The hotel has a relaxed informal feel to it. As The Yildiz Hotel is set into a small hillside, we cannot recommend it to those with walking difficulties.

Tosunoglu Apartment   HH   SC

The apartments are split amongst 16 small blocks, centred around the wonderful spacious poolside and pretty gardens. This property is family owned and run and is ideal for those looking for a simple but friendly, peaceful and comfortable base for their holiday. The centre of Gumbet and the beach area are just a few minutes walk away so all the resort's amenities are close at hand.

Kaptan Kemal Apartments  HH+   SC

The Captain Kemal is an established apartment complex consisting of 3 buildings which are set around a wonderful swimming pool and sun terrace. A snack bar provides essential provisions, cool drinks and light meals. The central location provides easy access to the many lively bars close by plus the beach, the main shopping & restaurant areas. These apartments have always proven popular with couples & small families.

La Rosa Hotel HHH   BB

The La Rosa Hotel is set in beautiful gardens and has been tastefully decorated. The hotel is situated just outside the main resort area with easy access to the beach, Gumbet and to Bodrum. The hotel has a relaxed feel with large spacious grounds and we would recommend this property to couples and families, although children's facilities are limited. The hotel's own Italian restaurant is very popular with guests. Because of the number of steps within the hotel we do not recommend this property to those with walking difficulties.

The Eken Resort was a welcome addition to our programme in 2008 and is run by a management team already known to us so we are confident that the staff and service are excellent. The Eken Resort offers good standards and facilities and is set in a quiet location just outside the main centre but within a short distance of Gumbet’s beach and the resort’s many shops, bars and restaurants. We are sure that you will enjoy a comfortable stay.

Green House Apartments  HHH  SC

This popular and well established complex is situated right in the heart of Gumbet, only a short walk from the beach and set on the thriving main street leading to the centre, with the regular dolmus (local bus) service to Bodrum running past the front-door! It’s deceptively hidden behind the resort’s shops, lively bars and restaurants in a great location. With a choice of pools and sun terraces to wile away lazy days with a drink from the bar, together with friendly staff including the owner and his lovely Irish wife, plus a renowned reputation, you can’t go wrong! The fun nights are well known hence the high number of repeat guests, book early to avoid disappointment!

Tropicana Apartments  HHH  SC

The Tropicana is situated on the quieter side of Gumbet bay but is close to all the resort's amenities and facilities. It's a lovely complex which is beach fronted and has a spacious pool and sun terrace with fantastic views over the bay. Guests are also able to use the facilities of the sister Siesta Apartments, located next door to the Tropicana, and boasting its own Turkish Bath. It's suitable for families and couple alike, of all ages.

Club Pedalisa  HHH  SC

This property is a great choice - glorious views over the bay of Gumbet and just set back from the centre although still close to all the cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent standards and beautifully finished apartments. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed with friendly staff catering to your every need. Enjoy a holiday drink whilst sitting in the lovely poolside bar overlooking the sea.

Riviera Guler Resort  HHH  AI

The popular All Inclusive complex lies close to the lively centre of resort, all the many amenities and the beach. The views across Gumbet, the bay and the beautiful blue sea are amazing as the Riviera Guler Resort is built into the hillside but unfortunately, this makes accessibility difficult for those with walking difficulties or wheelchairs. However, half the rooms sleep 4 or 5 people which make it an ideal choice for families.

Sun Hill Sutes  HHH  AI

The Sun Hill Suites has a mixed International clientele and is particularly popular with families due to it's numerous facilities, comfortable modern family rooms and location, which is very central and a just a short walk from the local beach so you have the choice to enjoy what's on offer at the hotel or explore the resort's amenities. There are some excellent views as the property is on an incline and the blocks of rooms are all built into the hillside, linked by steps & stairs, which might make access difficult for those with walking difficulties.
