This small delightful
complex has good standards and is very
well run by Nurel, the well-travelled and
wordly wise owner who speaks perfect
English and takes great pride in her
apartments. They are hidden behind
beautiful gardens in a more residential
area which is quiet and peaceful but they
are still just a short walk away from the
main street running though Marmaris with
all its shops, bars, cafes and
restaurants. The lift is compact and only
runs to the third floor but there are some
ground floor apartments which would be
suitable for those with walking
difficulties.

Accommodation
There are 3 different
styles of 1 bedroomed apartments
sleeping up to 4 people and all are a
reasonable size and are all well
maintained. They have a bedroom with
twin beds or a double bed and a bathroom
with shower cubicle, washbasin,
hairdryer and WC. There is a separate
living area containing 2 single sofa
beds and a small kitchenette with
fridge, kettle and 2 electric rings
suitable for preparing snacks and light
meals. All apartments have 1 or 2
balconies and air conditioning which is
available locally, for an extra charge.
A small number of apartments are located
on the top floor, which is not serviced
by the lift and they have a slightly
sloping roof.
