It is a haven for nature lovers, with one and two bedroom villas & one and two bedroom apartments situated in extensive grounds amongst fruit trees, flowers and greenery – there is even an aviary, small ponds and trickling fountains adding to the peaceful atmosphere. There is a large outdoor pool, with adjacent snack bar and an indoor heated pool, which is in use during the low season, a tennis court and a mini-market on site. The Aqua park will add to the fun. A fitness room, sauna and even horse riding are available at a small additional cost. A courtesy bus service is provided to take guests to the nearest beach. Located on the hillside, approximately 8 miles west of Kyrenia, near the village of Alsancak. Car hire is recommended.

Rooms
The air-conditioned villas have one or two bedrooms upstairs with a shower, bath, wc and an open-plan lounge and kitchenette downstairs. Each has a telephone, television and two balconies or two terraces. Prices for one bedroom villas are based on two persons sharing; and two bedroom villas on four person sharing. The newest addition to the complex are the one and two-bedroom villas on four persons respectively. They have similar facilities as the villas but are located on one floor and therefore ideal for those clients who do not like stairs. Luxury villas with superior decor are available at a supplement.
