Ideal for singles, couples and older families looking for a well appointed hotel, conveniently close to the beach designed and built to high standards in beautiful, landscaped surroundings. The Denizkizi, ‘Marmaid’ Hotel, and the Denizkizi Royal overlook what is arguably the most attractive sandy beach in the area. The Hotels are family-run, the owner, Niyazi something of a local character, and his son Ahmet, also own one of the best known kebab restaurants in the area. The hotel restaurant serves both international cuisine and local specialities, such as the delicious Cypriot roast lamb cooked deep in a well. There is a snack bar situated next to the beach which is reached via a flight of steps from the hotel. Water sports are available in the high season, although these are under the management of the separate company. The large swimming pool is probably one of the best in Kyrenia. Sun loungers and shades are available on the surrounding sunbathing terraces and drink are served from the pool bar. Nautilus diving club operates from here.
Location
The hotel is situated on the seafront 5 miles west of Kyrenia near the village of Alsancak and has a beautiful sandy beach. There is a courtesy bus service to Kyrenia but for convenience, car hire is recommended for this property.
Size
The original Denizkizi Hotel has 56 Rooms, whilst the newer, more luxurious and tastefully decortated Denizkizi Roayl has 54 rooms.
Rooms
Denizkizi Royal rooms are tastefully furnished with air conditioning, sea or mountain view, luxury bathroom, telephone, satellite television, mini-bar, safety deposit box, hairdryer, large balcony and private en suite facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms can also be requested. Interconnecting rooms are available. Rooms in the Denizkizi Hotel are similar but of an older style.

There is a large swimming pool with a children’s section, casino, courtesy bus to Kyrenia, 24 hour nurse, fitness centre, sauna, massage room, heated jacuzzi, laundry service, safety deposit facility in reception. There is a resident PADI registered 5star diving club.
